Work in English
At Work in English, we have a diverse team of Business English trainers, coaches and translators, all committed to growth and development, both our own and our clients’.
In addition to our extensive training experience and qualifications, we come from a variety of business backgrounds. Having worked in various fields and lived in different countries and cultures, we are aware of the importance of language and communication in today’s global business environment.
We are not a school. We are a training business working closely with our clients to make a real contribution to their business.
Our purpose is to improve (with you) your language and communication skills for your business and in so doing, boost your own and your company’s performance.
Eileen Pannone
Eileen is a Business English trainer, a management coach and the owner of a training and coaching business located in Stuttgart. Work in English provides Business English training, management coaching and translation services to a wide variety of organisations and individuals. And has been doing so successfully since 2009.
Eileen was born in Sydney, Australia and grew up there and later in Dublin, Ireland. She graduated from University College Dublin in 1997, followed her heart and moved to Stuttgart, Germany, where she started her career as a freelance Business English trainer working with several companies and gaining experience in many different sectors.
In 2003, Eileen took on a managerial position in a Language Institute in Stuttgart. It was her passion for training and her dedication to her own and others’ further development that inspired her to set up her own business in 2009.
After over 15 years as trainer and manager, Eileen wanted to give even more value to her clients and to help them to reach their own potential and so went on to qualify as a Management Coach in 2014.
She now enjoys the challenge of blending her skills as trainer, as coach and as business owner to help her clients improve their own and their company’s performance.
“The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking.”
