How we work


We meet with each potential participant for an individual consultation (needs analysis) and ask you about you – your job, your company, your background, your current contact to English and your own goals. We assess your language level using the Oxford online placement test. Our level system is the CEF (Common European Framework), a worldwide standard used to grade language ability.


Based on the individual consultation and the level assessment, we create tailor-made language training concepts for the individual or the group, keeping the individual goals and the company needs in mind throughout. With the learner as our partner and at the centre of our training, we have a practical approach, which encourages active, hands-on participation in real-life business activities. Our trainers use qualified training techniques and tools as well as relevant training material to encourage learning by doing, providing on-going feedback and praise, thus improving motivation and allowing goals to be reached faster. Learning is facilitated not taught. One of the prerequisites to success is that the learning environment is friendly – without pressure. We work hard and we have fun!


With our client as partner, we stay close, offering you a personalised service all the way. We give our clients and participants informal and formal feedback throughout; before, during and after training courses. To be sure that we’re on track, we ask for feedback too from our clients and participants! If desired, at the end of the training we provide you with a training report for the individual or group, where we make recommendations as to the next steps. Certificates of attendance can also be provided on request.
