We provide high quality, practical language training in a professional and friendly learning atmosphere.

Our training can be group and one-to-one training and can be in-company at our client or in our own rooms. Most of our courses are for learners at all levels of English knowledge. Some more specific training and some of our workshops are recommended for intermediate level B1 or higher (CEF level).

Business Communication

Main focus: English for your business

Knowing the English specific to you branch involves understanding and explaining specific terms, processes and functions and not just learning the specialist vocabulary, but knowing how to use it. Would you like to improve your skills when dealing with customers? In these workshops, we focus on the English related to the skill. With hands on practice, sound professional advice and targeted feedback, you improve your ability in a very short space of time. Workshops are:

Telephone Training

Suited to anyone who uses English over the phone or to anyone who doesn’t have enough time or is too far away for face-to-face training
Main focus: Professional English on the phone

Much of today’s business is carried on over the phone or by e-mail and plays a central part in the lives of today’s business professional. One phone call from abroad and suddenly you need to switch into English to do business with your telephone partner.

Most find telephoning particularly challenging because there’s no face-to-face contact. We can’t use our “hands and feet”. So why practise it face-to-face? We don’t. We call you or you call us to practise real telephone conversations and language relevant to your work. You quickly increase your confidence on the phone, while at the same time enhancing your language skills.

Email Training

Suited to anyone who uses English in emails
Main focus: Professional English in emails

Do you write or receive emails in English? Is a lot of your contact with English via email? Improve your written English business correspondence with our email training. You send us some examples of emails that you have written or have to write and we send you targeted feedback. And/or we send you emails with tasks for you to complete. In this way, you train your written skills and learn the typical language and skills needed for successful email and business correspondence.

A blend of email, telephone and face-to-face training is also effective. We would be happy to advise you. Please just get in touch.


“Shadowing” is time saving and efficient and couldn’t be more individual! We accompany you (shadow you) whether you’re in a meeting or a teleconference, giving a presentation or at a fair. We then provide detailed feedback in a one-to-one meeting with you. Through on-going observation sessions and individual feedback meetings, the learning process is speeded up. Shadowing immediately gets right to the core of your needs! Alternatively, we can shadow a team.

Emergency English

For anyone who needs to prepare their English for an upcoming event
Main focus: Individual Coaching

Are you a busy executive? Is there a conference or a presentation coming up that you’re not well prepared for and/or not confident about?

Work with us and we will help you get ready at short notice. Bring your presentation to us or tell us about the event. We practise and rehearse with you. Our team are flexible and often work at the weekend.
